The TEKNIQ Guarantee scheme
Risløv El A/S is a member of the trade organisation TEKNIQ and therefore part of its guarantee scheme. If a case cannot be resolved between you as the customer and us as the contractor, you can complain to the Appeals Board for Technical Installations.
If your complaint is upheld, the TEKNIQ Guarantee takes effect:
- Covers costs up to DKK 150,000 incl. VAT if the contractor does not comply with the ruling.
- Applies when the company is a TEKNIQ member at the time the complaint is received.
- Does not cover cases about electrical installation reports.
If you supply the materials yourself
You are welcome to supply materials for a job yourself. You are then responsible for delivering them on time and for ensuring they are approved for use in Denmark. On delivery you must check that they are the correct materials and free of defects.
If we as the contractor discover faults or defects in the materials, we will point them out, after which you resolve it with your supplier. We are responsible for the installation being professionally correct, and we may not install materials that are unsuitable or not legal.
